Christmas Real Ale Production

Christmas Real Ale Production

Brew a Classic Christmas Ale

26 – 28 October 2012

Break Highlights:

  • A ‘robust’ tutored tasting of dark and old ales
  • Opportunity to brew a 6% Christmas ale
  • Chance to name the beer
  • A bottle sent to you in time for festive season

Introduction:

It is now expected that breweries produce a special beer for the festive season. The only problem with a lot of these beers is that they are very good at naming them, but have forgotten how to make the fantastically port-like old ales of yesteryear. We will try to recreate the taste of Christmas in a glass.
