Introduction:
The Americans are way beyond us in craft beer production and the New Zealanders and Australians producing some fantastically aromatic hops, put these two facts together and the world is literally your brew-house!
On the Friday we’ll discuss what unique attributes various hop varieties have and put together a recipe to create an unique mixed style ale ready to hit the pubs in early summer.
